These terms cover your use of gotwurk.com and the GotWurk client portal. They’re a working draft covering site/portal use in plain terms — the commercial terms of any actual engagement (scope, fees, timelines, refunds) are set out in that client’s own signed agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.
Using this site
The Apply form is how prospective clients start a conversation with GotWurk — submitting it doesn’t create a contract or commit either side to anything. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or operational advice for your specific business without a scoped engagement.
Client portal access
Portal access is issued to named individuals at a client company, tied to their own email address. Access codes are personal — don’t forward or share yours. GotWurk can suspend access if we reasonably believe an account is compromised or being misused.
Fees & refunds
GotWurk doesn’t sell a fixed-price, off-the-shelf product — every engagement is scoped and priced individually, and that scope, price, and any refund/cancellation terms are set out in writing before work starts. This page doesn’t override those terms; if you’re a client with a question about your specific agreement, ask your GotWurk contact directly.
Liability
This site and portal are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by South African law, GotWurk isn’t liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or portal outside of a signed engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of South Africa.
